2003 – FESTIVAL ON THE CZECH TELEVISION – “ROOTS “
In 2003, the Czech Television crew arrived to Pilsen and under the direction of Radovan Urban a documentary film about folklore ensembles of the wider Pilsen Region and the International Folklore Festival Pilsen was created. The composer and musician Jaroslav Krcek guided the audience of the documentary through the whole programme. The ROOTS (“Koreny”) documentary featured folklore ensembles Jiskra and Mladina from Pilsen, Rokytka from Rokycany and Usmev from Horni Briza.
