Jiskra 58 SOKOL Valcha Plzeň

In 2000, the group Jiskra 1958, composed of former members of the Song and Dance Ensemble Jiskra from Pilsen, started its activities. These are musicians, singers and dancers who worked in the Jiskra group between 1970 and 1990 and after 10 years decided to revive their active activities. The ensemble performs folk dances and songs from south-western Bohemia (Plzeňska, Žinkovska, Chodska), which are unmistakably expressive and presented primarily with the aim of entertaining themselves and the audience. Since 2017, the ensemble has been an organizational part of TJ Sokol Valcha Plzeň.
