Krušik

The folklore ensemble Krušik from the town of Valjevo in western Serbia was founded in 1947. It consists of folklore lovers who proudly present folk traditions - folk music, songs and dances of the Balkans. During its existence, the ensemble has performed at many international festivals and has won many awards (it was named the most successful ensemble in Serbia at the Serbian Folklore Ensemble Show in 1986, 1987 and 1988). Currently, the Krušik ensemble has a total of 160 members. 
 
Marijana Mladenović is the leader of the ensemble.
