Klíček

The folklore ensemble Klíček is affiliated with the ZUŠ in Horšovský Týn, where it was founded by Mrs. Jana Drábková. Its activities were revived in 2016. The ensemble is currently led by Miroslav Šimandl Jr. and Petr Kreysa.

In 2018, the ensemble joined the program Muzičky at the International Folklore Festival in Strážnice as part of the Stod Bagpipe Band. They also performed at the Juniorfest film festival during the presentation of the Golden Clock Handaward to Iva Janžurová and Josef Dvořák.

In 2022, the ensemble won 2nd place in the National Round of the Elementary Art School Folk Ensemble Competition in Mikulov. This year, they have once again advanced to the National Round of the competition in Mikulov.

Their repertoire includes folk songs from the Chodsko region and Western Bohemia.
